Effects of different external environment on the mycelium growth of Pleurotus eryngii.

The effects of temperature,water content of the medium and pH on the growth of Pleurotus erynegii mycelium were studied.The results showed that the suitable temperature for the growth of Pleurotus erynegii mycelium was 22～28℃,and the optimum temperature was 25℃;the water content of the medium was 65%～75%,the optimum water content of medium was 75%,the pH was 5.02～7.24,and the optimum pH was 5.79.
