摘要
In the present study,the effect of subcutaneous immunization with attenuated ConA activated healthy autologous T-cells in C57BL/6J mice was investigated and it was found that the in vivo growth of the lymphoma cell line EL-4 was markedly inhibited and the survival time of mice was considerably prolonged.To explore this biological function induced by autologous T-cell immunization,it was demonstrated that there was enhancement of the Th1 type cytokines production with a decreased number of the regulatory T cells(Treg) in peripheral blood of mice and attenuation of the suppressive function to the effector T cells.Further analysis showed that the serum of immunized mice contained high level of anti-CD25 antibody.Consistent with this result,adoptive transfer of serum from immunized mice to naive mice led to a significant decrease in Treg population and function in recipient mice.In conclusion,it is evident that immunization with attenuated ConA activated healthy autologous T-cell can enhance the tumor immunity and its possible mechanisms may be through enhanced Th1 response and down-regulation of CD4+CD25+Treg.
