The Application of Far-infrared Radiant Heating in Electric Porcelain Manufacturing

The principle and application of traditional heating system and far-infrared radiant heating in electric porcelain manufacturing are compared, the far-infrared radiant heating has the advantages of energy saving, easy control , long life and low production cost. At far-infrared radiant heating the moisture deviation in porcelain green body is relatively small which is advantageous to uniform distribution of moisture in green body, cut the leather dry time by 1 day and rise the mean acceptance rate of green bodies by 1.5%. It has good prospective of application.
