THE CLINICAL APPLICATION OF TUMOR MARKERS′ DETECTION IN BREAST TUMOR

Objective : To study the value of clinical application in monitoring diagnosis and therapy of breast cancer with tumor markers . Methods : CA15-3 , CA19-9 , CA24-2 , CA125 and CEA were measured and analyzed on 81 cases of breast tumor , 17 cases of benign breast lumps and 39 cases healthy adult . Results : CA19-9 and CA24-2 were examined conjunctively, positive findings were 80.2 %.The levels of tumor markers descended after operation and chemotherapy.Conclusion:Various associated detections of tumor markers have clinical applied value in monitoring diagnosis and therapy of breast tumor.
