Preparation of Modified Paraffin Wax Micro-emulsion

The catalytic oxidation modification of paraffin wax was carried out with polyethyene wax.preparation of micro-emulsion from modified paraffin wax was studied.Influences of micro-emulsion formula and emulsification conditions on preparation of micro-emulsion were discussed.The results showed that when the dosage of modified paraffin wax:the mass of emulsifier is 1∶0.6,emulsifying time is 50 min,emulsifying temperature is 90～95 ℃,stirring speed is 1 200～1 500 r/min,steady micro-emulsion is gained.
