The authors present the test research and CAE simulation analysis about the front pillar effect to the coach superstructure strength,and the CAE simulation analysis is validated by test.They also put forward the improvement plan for the front pillar structure and carry through the CAE simulation analysis to provide references for manufacturers to design the coach superstructure strength.
