Marker Assisted Selection and its Affecting Factors

The characteristics and background of marker assisted selection were introduced firstly, and then according to reviews on methods and its affecting factors of economic QTLs and genetic markers linkage analysis, the problems in linkage analysis of marker and traits were pointed out and application prospects of markers assisted selection in domestic animal and poultry breeding scheme in the future were predicted.
