In the modern era, nanostructured materials play a vital role in the latest technological applications. These have attracted remarkable attention. The production of nanoscale materials in large scale has grabbed the attention in the field of nanoscience and technology because of their influential industrial applications. Nanomanufacturing involves production nanoscale materials, structures, devices and systems in a scaled-up, dependable and cost-effective manner. It also comprises top-down and more complicated bottom-up or self-assembly processes. The nanomanufacturing technique has associated with the development of research, processing and integration. This chapter mainly focuses on the different types of synthesis of nanomaterials with large-scale production with complex shapes or structures such as textures on curves and hierarchical structures, also outlines the research perspectives and current application status of nanomanufacturing.
