Increasing of endotoxicosis and complications of the clinical course of acute small intestinal obstruction (ASIO) is found to depend both on the period of development of intestinal enterergia, the conflict between the patient’s organism and microflora aggressiveness, and the violation of the metal-protein homeostasis as the indicator of non-specific resistance of the organism to bacterial infection.
