摘要
The effect of green and environmentally friendly chemistry on the nanotechnology-driven drug delivery sector in a new field called “green nanomedicine” is addressed in this study. Studies have shown that nanometal particles, polymers, and biological materials are among many examples of green-nanotechnology-driven drug delivery systems which receive the greatest amount of attention. In addition, green nanodrug delivery systems are now developing revolutionary materials that are revolutionizing the field based on environmentally friendly chemical reactions or using natural biomaterials (such as plant extracts and microorganisms). The use of green chemistry design, synthesis, and application principles and eco-friendly techniques for synthesis with low side effects are discussed in this study. Data on metallic nanoparticles from natural sources will also be discussed. The review concludes with discussions on greener and more sustainable remediation (nano) solutions.
