摘要
The contribution of this paper is the assessment of the reliability of Blade Tip Timing (BTT) data generated from a novel bladed disk simulator by testing it on a commercial BTT signal processing software package to identify an excited blade mode-family member. The data determined by time step interpolation are faster to generate than data determined via blade-probe crossing location through enforced time step variation. Depending on the method, errors induced by time step interpolation can be either minute, or comparable to speed-dependent noise in real data, in which case they can be similarly processed prior to identification of the vibration.
