Screening of Pectinase\|producing Strain

Seven strains producing pectinase were selected from nature. Using solid\|state fermentation process, pectinase produced were observed. A strain with heperproduction pectinase was chosen,and its pectinase enzymatic activity is 808 u/mL. And this strain is aspergillus niger.
