摘要
Novel acylated glycerol glucosides, regaloside A and B, both bitter to the taste, have been isolated from the fresh bulbs of Lilium regale. Their structures have been shown by the spectral and chemical evidence to be (2S)-1-O-p-coumaroyl-3-O-β-d-glucopyranosylglycerol and (2S)-1-O-p-coumaroyl-2-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-3-O-acetylglycerol, respectively.
