Development of a Method to Determine Aflatoxins in Peanut with Multifunctional Column Clean-up and HPLC Determination

A method for determination of aflatoxins in peanut was established. Samples were extracted by acetonitrile-water, solution. After dilution the extracts, flowed through a multifunctional column. The LOD of this method was 0.2 μg·kg-1, and the LOQ is 0.5 μg·kg-1. The recoveries of aflatoxins were 60%~95%, and the relative standard deviations were 3.72%~6.40%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and applicable for the determination of aflatoxins in peanuts for EN.
