Application of EGR Technology in Naturally Aspirated Diesel Engine

This paper proposes a feasible method that the exhaust gas recirculation( EGR) technology is applied to the naturally aspirated diesel engine. By matching the EGR test in the engine,NOxemissions are greatly reduced,and the contradictory relationship between NOxand PM are balanced. Eventually,it reaches the requirement of the EuropeⅢ A nonroad diesel engine emission regulations.
