Objective To determine catalpol in processed Radix Rehmanniae products from different areas.MethodsMobile phase: cetonitrile-water(0.5∶99.5),detection wavelength: 210 nm.ResultsStandard curve : Y=347.93X + 10.138(R~2=0.999 6),linear range: 0.322 4~2.901 6 μg,mean extraction recovery: 96.21%(n=5).ConclusionThe method is simple,sensitive and rapid,and the contents of catalpol in processed Radix Rehmanniae products from different areas are different.
