Objective To analyze the differences of N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferases gene expression profile in different human tumor cells with preliminarily made cDNA microarrays.Methods Mainly by means of PCR and molecular hybridization techniques.Results The creation of low-density N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferases cDNA microarrays for gene expression profiling may be used to chemiluminescently detect the different positive signals of N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferases gene expression.Conclusion N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferases genes have different expression profiles in different tumor cells. Relation between tumor and expression profiles is under further study.
