摘要
We theoretically and experimentally report the observation of light dynamics in triple-layered moiré lattices, including both commensurate and incommensurate structures. The synergistic interplay between expanded lattice periods and discretized intensity distributions suppresses optical diffraction, giving rise to delayed diffraction within commensurate structures. For triple-layered incommensurate moiré lattices, two distinct evolutionary behaviors are observed depending on rotational angle configurations: delocalization–localization transitions and persistent localization. These findings elucidate the light localization–delocalization dynamics in triple-layered moiré lattices, establishing an effective paradigm for wave manipulation in photonics, acoustics, and quantum materials.
