摘要
Whether it is a MINI LED display screen of tens or hundreds of square meters, it is composed of small-sized MINI LED unit modules spliced together. These unit modules are often only a few inches in size, and with the development of technology, the size of unit modules gradually increases to more than ten inches. Due to the use of a large number of unit modules, the dark optical characteristics of each module vary, which greatly affects the dark state optical consistency of MINI LED. This article conducts an in-depth study on the dark optical characteristics of MINI LED display screens. By introducing color testing to classify and manage MINI LED unit modules, a unique optical testing method is used to explain the reasons for the poor dark consistency of MINI LED display screens. Finally, a process optimization plan is proposed to improve dark consistency.
