Specific noises in mesoscopic structures

The specific noise types in quantum devices are researched. Under some conditions, these noise types predominate above more conventional types of noise. The time dependent model of charge transport for mesoscopic structures is discussed, and equations for fluctuations of chemical potentials in mesoscopic structures were obtained. It is also demonstrated in this article that some new types of noise may exist in mesoscopic structures.
