We read with interest the case report by Richter et al. 1 demonstrating prolongation of the corrected QT interval (QTc), the presence of Osborn waves, and multiple episodes of ventricular fibrillation (VF) during therapeutic hypothermia following out-of-hospital cardiac arrest.
