In the company COMUNICACION Ltda., It is proposed to develop the commercialization of cell phones since there was no formal planning of the activities, which causes a stagnation of the company in terms of participation in the market. Throughout this execution of the project, the plan was structured based on a description of the current system of the company, which provided knowledge of the different activities and goals, and led to an analysis of its profitability, as well as the formulation of the mission and strategic objectives. The completion of internal and external analysis to determine the SWOT matrix of the same in order to formulate strategies that will contribute to the achievement of the objectives set. From the information obtained and together with the literature review, it is developed that the commercialization and its profitability go to resources and needs of the company that is in charge in the implementation and control of services in order to obtain comfortable income and know how to take the total control of the company. According to the aforementioned, I will study the commercialization and its impact of profitability in the PRIMETIME company. With respect to the current profitability that the entity lives and thus determine conclusions and recommendations that serve to improve the management that is being carried out in it.
