According to the features of the cutting performance and loading and conveying effect of the drum,the main problems of the drum are analyzed.The structure and features of the new_type drum are studied.The conclusion is obtained that the new_type drum not only has high cutting performance and creating of a satisfactory rate of the lump coal,but also the great outputs can be achieved.
