The Research of Degradation Characteristic and Separation of Phenol Degradation Bacterium(NTZH-1)

A phenol degradation bacterium(NTZH-1)which was able to grow on phenol as sole carbon and energy sources was isolated from the soil of the agrochemical factory as the source of bacteria,the highest endure capability for phenol of this bacterial strain was 2 100 mg/L.It was found through a preliminary identification,and the results showed that the bacterial strain had strong biodegradation capability for phenol.After 6 hrs,the bacterial strain degraded over 80 % at the conditions of phenol concentraction under 600 mg/L,the temperature 35 ℃,the pH value 5.5～8.5,the amount of liquid in 60 mL,the quantity of the bacterial strain under 20 %,concussion speed of shake bed 120 r/min.
