Microfluidic chip has been introduced to the quantitative analysis of materials within cells.Biotic experiments such as cell fostering,staining,and injecting reagents can be implemented on the designed microfluidic chip.This paper presents a microfluidic fluorescence detection system to measure the concentration of Ca2+ in cells.By dual wavelength light excite,the fluorescence signal and image respectively were captured by fluorescence detection system.The concentration of Ca2+ in cells can be calculated by using the fluorescence ratio method.The experimental results confirm that the system is stable and credible.Research indicates a new cell detection means.A convenient and swift detecting device of cells fostering,cells detecting,and injecting reagents were provided to the research of cells.
