Structural Design and Test on the Molded Pulp Packaging of Notebook

The properties and structural design demand of molded pulp for notebook were introduced.As the example of HP 13.3 Notebook,a new structure of pulp cushions was designed by Pro/E and produced.Drop tests were carried out to evaluate the cushioning capability of these molded pulps.The results showed that the cushioning performance is very good.
