The Practice of and Consideration about Public Library's Service for The Disadvantaged Groups

This paper expounds the definition and characteristics of disadvantaged groups,analyzes the real necessity of library's service for disadvantaged groups,and in the light of the characteristics of disadvantaged groups,puts forward some concrete measures for library's providing services for the disadvantaged groups.
