Clinical observation for 96 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and pulmonary infection

Objective To study and analyze causes of cerebral hemorrhage and pulmonary infection as well as observe effects of its treatment. Methods 96 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and pulmonary infection of our hospital in the latest two years were selected,and retrospectively analyzed their clinical datas,then divided them into experimental group and control group according to their analysis results,48 cases in each group.The control group was given conservative treatment,experimental group was given proper treatment according to causes based on control group. Results Mortality rate of experimental group(6.25%) after treatment was significantly lower than control group(31.25%),difference between two groups was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Possitive prevention should be applied in pulmonary infection of cerebral hemorrhage, and effective controlling should be adopted once there is pulmonary infection,so as to reduce dead people caused by cerebral hemorrhage and pulmonary infection.
