A Measure of Knowledge Sharing in Project Management

Based on the review of the relevant researches in the field of knowledge sharing,this research analyzed the essence and connotation of knowledge sharing,developed the framework of knowledge sharing and designed the corresponding measuring tool of knowledge sharing in construction enterprises. Knowledge sharing of project management consists of three dimensions:knowledge sharing in the project,knowledge sharing between the projects and knowledge sharing between the organizations. The measures of the framework are tested by the samples collected from construction enterprises. Finally,the limitation and the future research are discussed.
