Solid Phase Microextraction and Its Application to Organotin Compounds

Solid phase microextraction (SPME) is a new sample,keeps developing pretreatment method. It can be effectively used to extract volatile and semivolatile organic compounds from different environmental matrix coupling with other analytical technologies. In present, SPME seldom be used in toxic metallic organic compounds. Associating with the application in analysis of organotin compounds, this paper gives a general description of its parameters effecting on the determination.
