摘要
Our purpose was to examine the relationship between job strain, work engagement, and the dimensions of well-being according to the workplace PERMA (Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment) model.Three hundred ten workers completed a web-based questionnaire, namely, the Brief Job Stress Questionnaire, Utrecht Work Engagement scale, and the workplace PERMA profiler. Regression analyses were conducted on well-being and each scale of job strain, including job demands, job control, supervisor support, and coworker support.Job control, supervisor support, and coworker support were significantly correlated with the scores of five dimensions, and happiness of the PERMA profiler (except for between supervisor support and Accomplishment). Job demands was only significantly correlated with Engagement and Meaning. All well-being dimensions were commonly influenced by job control and workplace support, while Engagement and Meaning were also facilitated by challenging job demands.
