The purpose of the present study was to investigate changes in attraction and attitude as a function of the initial attraction and initial attitude similarity of two interacting persons. It was hypothesized that initial attraction and attitude similarity each contribute signifi cantly to the final attraction and final attitude of two persons after interacting.
