Changes of saponin content in Kochia scoparia fruit in different collecting times

In order to examine the most appropriate collecting time, HPLC\|ELSD and colorimetric methods were respectively used to determine the content of momordin Ic and total saponins in \%Kochia scoparia \%(L.) Schrad. fruit at different collecting times. It was shown that the best collecting time was when fruit just matured.
