摘要
Objective:To discuss the imaging features of helical CT and their pathology of adenosquamous cell carcinoma vs adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. Methods:We reviewed 122 lung cancers, including 30 adenosquamous cell carcinomas,38 adenocarcinomas and 54 squamous cell carcinomas.Result:In our study, the pulmonary adenosquamous cell carcinomas, adenocarcinomas and squamous cell carcinomas localized predominantly in right lung, the pulmonary adenosquamous all carcinomas and adenocarcinomas were frequently of peripheral type in 66.7%(20/30) and 65.6%(25/38)respectively,and squamous cell carcinomas showed as central type in majority in 68.6%(37/54),P0.05.The CT scans of the lung adenosquamous cell carcinomas, adenocarcinomas and squamous cell carcinomas, respectively, appeared as pleural tail (14,17,10),lobulation(21,26,27),spiculation(17,26,25),vessel convergence(13,17,15),vacuolar sign(8,14,8),cavitation(3,2,12),necrosis(9,5,23)and the heterogeneous mass(20,33,49).Some signs were different significantly between them,P0.05.Conclusion:the signs of adenosquamous cell carcinoma were between adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, but similar to adenocarcinoma.Three cancers were different significantly in helical CT imaging in some signs, which corresponded to their histopathologic components and growth patterns.
