Recent Progress of Nuclear Technological Application for Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS),Thermal Ionization Mass Spectrometry(TIMS) and Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry(SIMS)

Recent progress of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),thermal ionization mass spectrometry(TIMS) and secondary ion mass spectrometry(SIMS) was reviewed,especially in nuclear fuel cycle.And the developing direction of the ICP-MS,TIMS and SIMS was discussed.The main problems with ICP-MS and the solutions available were outlined.
