Synthesis of Zeolite TS-1 and Its Catalysis Properties in Hydroxylation of Benzene to Phenol

Zeolite TS-1 is prepared starting from a mixture constituted by TEOS,TBOT and TPAOH.The TS-1 is characterized by some methods such as IR,XRD and Raman spectrum etc.With TS-1 prepared as catalyst,the hydroxylation of benzene under mild conditions has been studied.Finally the mechanism of benzene hydroxylation is discussed.
