Preparation of Novel Cationic Polyacrylamide Flocculant by Inverse Microemulsion Polymerization

Stable polyacrylamide microemulsion was synthesized by inverse microemulsion polymerization using AM and DAC as monomers.The influences of emulsifier,mass ratio of oil to water,monomer concentration,amount of initiator,cationic degree on the molecular weight of product were studied.The optimum synthetic condition was determined.The flocculation effects were compared between our product and others at home and abroad.
