Preparation and in vitro/in vivo evaluation of a self-microemulsifying drug delivery system containing chrysin

The optimal SMEDDS formulation increased the dissolution and oral bioavailability of chrysin and may be useful for investigating chrysin efficacy in animal disease models and toxicokinetic studies.
