摘要
In this work, we report a practical and convenient one-pot, two-step synthesis of diverse bis(dialkylaminothiocarbonyl) alkenes mediated by alkynyl sulfonium salt intermediates. This strategy enables facile access to alkenylated dithiocarbamates in moderate to good yields with exclusive Z-selectivity. The synthetic utility of this protocol is further demonstrated by its successful application in a scale-up reaction and late-stage functionalization, rendering it attractive for organic synthesis.
