摘要
Recently, various natural biopolymer-based sensors, such as proteins, cellulose, and chitin, have emerged with great sensing performance and excellent flexibility. This chapter mainly focuses on biopolymer sensing materials applied in different designs and reviews their attractive advantages. Biopolymer-based flexible sensors and their desired properties, working mechanisms, and applications are discussed in detail. Finally, the challenges and future perspectives are described.
