摘要
The concurrent administration of galantamine and wedelolactone effectively suppresses the production of inflammatory cytokines and NLRP3 inflammasome activation in microglia. This inhibitory effect is likely linked to the NF-κB signaling pathway modulation. Therefore, this combined treatment is a potential therapeutic approach for neuroinflammatory diseases.
