Environment pollution and comprehensive control of wastes from livestock and poultry in Guangdong province

In this paper,the discharge amount of wastes from livestock and poultry and the waste loadings were estimated through the breeding numbers and respective excretive coefficients in Guangdong province.It was found that the losed of wastes from livestock and poultry were industrial solid wastes 2.1 times; the losed of COD and NH_3-N from livestock and poultry were that form domestic wastewater and industrial wastewater 1.4 times and 1.7 times. The wastes from livestock and poultry had became the most pollutant of none-point pollution in country.The idea of comprehensive control was recommended to solve the problems caused by livestock and poultry.
