Advances in Application and Research of Bacillus thuringiensis's Class II Transposable Elements

The transposable elements derived from Bacillus thuringiensis were di vided into two classes:classⅠ:insertion sequences,classⅡ:transposon.In st ructure,these transposable elements were associated with the genes of insectici dal crystal proteins,and these transposable elements with transposable activity play important roles in transference and mutation of ICPs' genes.The structure,the mechanism of transposition,the application and progress of Bt's classⅡtr ansposable elements are reviewed.
