The leaching of zinc dust using sulfuric acid as lixivium was studied.The orthogonal experiments and the mono-factor experiments were made to investigate the influence of concentration of sulfuric acid,liquid-to-solid ratio,leaching time,leaching temperature on zinc,iron acid-leaching performance of the zinc dust.The optimal processing conditions of leaching as follows the concentration of sulfuric acid is 150 g/L,liquid-to-solid ration is 7∶1,leaching temperature is 90 ℃,leaching time is 3 h.Under these conditions,the leaching percent of zinc is 95%.
