Long-term retrospective evaluation of Immediate loading of 1-stagescrew-type implants in anterior region.

Objective:The alveolar ridge of anterior teeth for Chinese patient is relatively narrow.The bone tissue is not adequant for implant placement,which is main cause for implant lost.The purpose of this clinical study is to evaluate the efficacy of immediate loading of CDIC 1-stage screw-type implants in anterior teeth.Method:By using flapless surgery,the implant were placed in anterior missing teeth;57 implant were divided into two groups.In the test group(27 implants),prostheses were using for the implants after surgery;In the control group(30 implants),patients were given prostheses as usual.GI,peri-implantitis,implant stability and radiographic changes of ridge were recorded and assessed in 10～12 years follow-up.Result:The survival rates were 96.3 ﹪ and 96.7 ﹪ respectively for test group and control group;There is no significant difference in statistics.Conclusion:CDIC 1-stage screw-type implants is suitable for narrow alveolar ridge of anterion teeth in Chinese patients.It can prevent bone renetration and achieve good primary stability.Flapless surgery can keep intact of gingival and avoid second incision.
