Cosmetics Label Recognition Investigation Analysis in Luoyang

Objective To understand the health situation of cosmetics,especially on the label,based on the existing problems,and increase the supervision and management of health,safety protection of consumer health. Methods To choose the cosmetics of the city shopping malls and supermarkets,part of the individual dealer sales,and the use of public place,for registration,determined in accordance with relevant regulations. Results The imported cosmetics had more problems on the label,The qualified rate of the imported cosmetics was only 67.19%.Next was the domestic cosmetics for special use.The qualified rate of the domestic cosmetics for special use was 74.21%.Domestic cosmetics(83.82%) were much higher than the imported cosmetics(67.19%),and the difference was significant(χ2=9.52,P0.005).Domestic ordinary cosmetics(88.29%) were much higher than the cosmetics for special use(74.21%),and the difference was significant(χ2=19.736,P0.005). Conclusion The cosmetics have health problems on the label in Luoyang,The supervision and management of health must be enhanced.
