In this paper,using phosphoric acid as the solvent,the solubility of molybdenum trioxide in different preparation conditions was reviewed. The molybdenum trioxide was characterized by SEM and XRD. Crystal morphology and diffraction peak intensity are important factors affecting the molybdenum trioxide solubility and clarity in acid. The complete flaky crystal will seriously affect the clarity with high pure molybdenum trioxide catalyst; The characterization of XRD displays,if the diffraction peak intensity is weak,solubility and clarity of high pure molybdenum trioxide dissolved in phosphoric acid will much better.
