摘要
The co-pyrolysis of biomass and high-ash fuel is proposed to promote the decomposition of organic pollutants and the improvement of pyrolysis gas quality. The co-pyrolysis of soybean straw and oil shale and the effect of mixing ratios (1:0, 0.95:0.05, 0.9:0.1 and 0.85:0.15) was investigated in this research. The results showed that the increase of oil shale content would improve char formation and postpone the emission time, peak concentration time and the casing time. As the mixing ratio reached at 0.85:0.15, the yield of CO and H2 would increase by 64.42% and 90.02% higher than that of pure soybean stalk, respectively. The energy consumption and the pyrolysis gas yield of unit energy consumption increased with the mixing ratio. The increase of oil shale content improved the formation of char and pyrolysis gas, inhibiting the generation of organic pollutants. Liner chain compound in organic pollutants were catalytically decomposed by mineral in ash, while the aromatic nucleus was fixed by the addition and dehydrogenation reaction with the active site of char, and those with active functional groups were fixed by the polymerization reaction. Based on these findings, the co-pyrolysis of soybean straw and oil shale is feasible for the removal of organic pollutants and the generation of pyrolysis gas with less energy consumption, therefore, it can be safely applied to the power generation system.
