Degradation of Lambda-cyhalothrin in fruits and vegetable by alkaline electrolyzed water

Lambda-cyhalothrin is a widely used pesticide. In order to reduce the residues, alkaline electrolyzed water is used to treat with fruits and vegetables contained with lambda-cyhalothrin. It was studied the degradation efficiency and the proper time, p H and the temperature. It found that the degradation efficiency with the reaction time, p H, temperature has a direct relationship, and has no direct relationship with the treatment. With the increase of reaction time, p H and temperature increases, the degree of degradation also increased. The results showed that the alkaline electrolyzed water can effectively decline the residues of lambda-cyhalothrin. Alkaline electrolyzed water of p H11.0 is the best condition, at 20 ℃ stand processing apples 1.5 h.
