Function of lactoferrin and the application of lactoferrin in infant formula milk powder

The functional properties of lactoferrin which naturally present in breast milk and the importance of their supplement to infant formula milk powder in non-breast fed infants nutrition were introduced. The application of lactoferrin in infant formula milk powder in foreign countries was also introduced. The research of the application of lactoferrin in infant formula milk powder were discussed , including the formula design ,the raw material , the production process, the test method and the test results .
